We are honored to be the backdrop for your milestone. Whether you are preparing to say "I do," celebrating a long-awaited family reunion, or hosting a gala, this space is designed to help you finalize your vision and manage your investment with ease.

Planning Appointments – Schedule here. 

These sessions are designed to finalize your floor plan, conduct a walkthrough, and select your "Something Borrowed" items. To ensure every detail is captured and your time is used effectively:

• The Full Team: We kindly require that all key decision-makers (and your professional coordinator, if applicable) attend these sessions together.

• Session Limit: To maintain a focused and seamless planning process, we host two comprehensive planning appointments per event.  Should you need more, please note that a $50/hour fee will apply.

Portrait Sessions – Schedule here. 

We love seeing our clients framed by the natural beauty of the vineyard. To maximize your time in front of the lens:

• Ready for the Camera: Please arrive with hair and makeup complete, as dressing rooms are available for outfit changes only.

• Photography: Please note that while we provide the setting, photography services are not included.

In-Person Payments – Schedule here. 

While most clients enjoy the ease of our digital portal, we welcome in-person visits for those who prefer to manage their investment via cash or check. Please schedule an appointment in advance so a member of our family can be available to assist you. 

Your Client Portal 

Your personalized client portal is the central hub for your journey at Deaux Run. Here, you can review your contract, track your investment, and view upcoming schedules. For your convenience, secure payments can be made directly through this link at any time. 

Event Insurance

To ensure your celebration is fully protected, event insurance is required at least 30 days prior to your date. We require policies to be issued through The Event Helper to meet our specific venue requirements, including a vital alcohol rider at no additional cost to you. You will receive an automated reminder 40 days before your event to help you stay on track.

Why is this required?  Whether it’s a wedding or a class reunion, insurance protects you from the unexpected—covering everything from guest liability to accidental damage. It’s a small step that ensures you can focus entirely on celebrating with your guests. 

Designing Your Space

To help you visualize your celebration, we have curated several layout options below. Think of these as a starting point for your unique vision. Our versatile inventory is designed to adapt to any aesthetic, from formal black-tie galas to casual family gatherings. Our onsite inventory includes:

• Tables: (21) 60-inch rounds and (20) 8-foot rectangles.

• Seating: 300 vineyard crossback chairs.  

• The Details: (10) Barrels with tops for cocktails, cakes, and cuisine, (6) open barrels for lush florals, and (2) 8-foot barrel tables perfect for a signature grazing board or buffet.

• The Bar: A mobile 8-foot bar that can be positioned to best suit your flow.

Seating for 98 - 12 tables with 8 at each table (could be 120 with 10 at each).  Couple's table with 2 at the table.

Rehearsal Dinner for 34 people - tables are put away afterwards to make room for the dance floor.
