At Deaux Run, we believe in transparent pricing. We don’t have a 'wedding rate' and a 'party rate'—we have one rate for excellence. Whether it's a walk down the aisle or a 20-year class reunion, your investment remains the same.

All-Day Reservations

Our all-day rentals provide the luxury of time, ensuring you can execute every aspect of your special occasion with care and precision.  Whether you are hosting a wedding, reception, anniversary, family or class reunion, shower, prom, etc., our flat-rate pricing remains the same for all private celebrations. 

Weekend Rates (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

• Single Day: $4,000

• Two-Day Premier Experience: Add a second consecutive day for just $500. Perfect for decorating, rehearsals, or an intimate dinner the night before.

Weekday Rates (Monday – Thursday)

• Single Day: $2,500

• Multi-Day Planning: Add a second consecutive weekday for $500.

What’s Included

• The Venue Spaces: Exclusive use of the Venue, the light-filled Bridal Suite/Dressing Room, and the private Groom’s Room/Dressing Room from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

• Seating & Tables: 21 round tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 300 elegant vineyard chairs.

• The Essentials: White linens, a professional integrated sound system, and a complimentary initial set up of your tables and chairs.

• Guest Experience: Full use of our Digital Photo Booth and the "Borrow Room" inventory (including decor, signage, and wine barrel tables suitable for any theme).

• Effortless Departure: Our team handles the breakdown of all venue-provided tables and chairs and cleanup after your event, allowing you to focus on your farewells.

Coordination

Enhance your experience by adding a professional Event Coordinator for $700. Let us handle the timeline and vendor deliveries while you enjoy the moment.

Reservations

• Retainer: A 1/3 non-refundable retainer secures your date and is applied toward your total.

• Requirements: A $300 refundable damage deposit and event insurance are due 30 days prior to your event. Obtain an instant insurance estimate here.
