These sessions are designed to finalize your floor plan, conduct a walkthrough, and select your "Something Borrowed" items. To ensure every detail is captured and your time is used effectively:
The Full Team: We kindly require that all key decision-makers (and your professional planner, if applicable) attend these sessions together.
Session Limit: To maintain a focused and seamless planning process, we host two comprehensive planning appointments per event.

We love seeing our brides framed by the natural beauty of the vineyard. To maximize your time in front of the lens:
Ready for the Camera: Please arrive with hair and makeup complete, as dressing rooms are available for outfit changes only.
Photography: Please note that while we provide the setting, photography services are not included.

While most clients enjoy the ease of our digital portal, we welcome in-person visits for those who prefer to manage their investment via cash or check. Please schedule an appointment in advance so a member of our family can be available to assist you.
Your Client Portal
Your personalized client portal is the central hub for your journey at Deaux Run. Here, you can review your contract, track your investment, and view upcoming schedules. For your convenience, secure payments can be made directly through this link at any time.
To ensure your celebration is fully protected, event insurance is required 30 days prior to your date. We require policies to be issued through The Event Helper to meet our specific venue requirements, including a vital alcohol rider at no additional cost to you. You will receive an automated reminder 40 days before your event to help you stay on track.
To help you visualize your day, we have curated several layout options below. Our inventory includes 21 sixty-inch rounds, 20 eight-foot rectangles, and 300 elegant crossback chairs.
Intimate (100–125 Guests): Spacious layouts with a central focus on the dance floor.
Classic (150–175 Guests): A sophisticated blend of round and rectangular seating.
Grand Gala (200 Guests): Optimized configurations designed for high-energy celebrations.
Seating for 98 - 12 tables with 8 at each table (could be 120 with 10 at each). Couple's table with 2 at the table.
Rehearsal Dinner for 34 people - tables are put away afterwards to make room for the dance floor.
Seating for 80 (10/table) with buffet on right side and bar on left.
Seating for 102 - 10 round tables, 10 people each table and one sweetheart table for two. Room for dancing in the middle.
Seating for 120 - 12 round with 10 people at each table. No aisle.
