To ensure your celebration is executed with absolute precision, we offer exclusive one- and two-day reservations. A two-day reservation allows for a leisurely pace—time for artful preparation, an intimate rehearsal dinner, and a seamless transition into your main event.

Weekend Engagements (Friday – Sunday)

Single Day Reservation: $4,000

Consecutive Two-Day Reservation: $4,500

Professional Wedding Day Coordination: $700

Weekday Engagements (Monday – Thursday)

Single Day Reservation: $2,500

Consecutive Two-Day Reservation: $3,000

Professional Wedding Day Coordination: $700

All pricing does not include the 7% Sales Tax

For intimate mid-week gatherings or corporate sessions, please inquire for bespoke hourly rates.

Securing Your Date

Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a one-third date retainer and a signed event agreement. To protect the integrity of your event, we require a refundable $300 damage deposit and specialized event insurance through our preferred partner.

What is Included

Your reservation grants you total access to Deaux Run Venue and a suite of premium amenities:

• The Grounds: Exclusive use of the Vinue and surrounding space from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.

• The Essentials: Use of our 20 round or rectangular tables, 300 vineyard-style chairs, and classic white linens.

• The Atmosphere: Full access to our sound system and the "Borrow Room" collection of artisanal decor.

• The Service: A member of our team will manage your initial floor plan set-up, be present during your event, and handle final venue cleaning, allowing you to focus entirely on your guests.
