We're excited that you've booked us for your special event. Whether you need to make a payment, take some photos for your forever memories, or would like to get together so you can see our borrow items, arranging a time is as easy as following one of our links below.
Planning appointments - schedule here. We can also review your floor plan and take another walkthrough of the space. I'm happy to help you and answer any lingering questions you may have. If you have a planner, please invite her or him to join us.
Bridal photos - schedule your appointment here. We love seeing the beautiful photos taken here at Deaux Run of our glowing brides! Please come with makeup and hair ready to go. Our dressing rooms will be open for outfit changes only.
Payment appointments - schedule here. If you prefer to pay in cash or write a check, you are welcome to come in to pay. Please make an appointment so we can be sure to be here.
Review your contract and files in your own client portal here. You may also go here to see financial information - how much you paid already, when your next payment is due, etc. You may pay early if you wish.
Event insurance is required to be secured at least 30 days before your event date. You will receive an automated email reminder about this approximately 40 days prior.
If you would like to secure your insurance sooner, you are welcome to do so. This may save you money, as insurance companies sometimes increase their prices. If you cancel your event or need to change the date, just call The Event Helper before the date of your event and they will assist you with this.
Please note that you must secure this insurance from The Event Helper, as your contract stipulates that the policy must come from this particular company. Insurance from any other provider will not be accepted. (We don't make money off of "selling" this policy, but we do get the best coverage including an alcohol rider at no extra charge.) Please find below some floor plan ideas for your event. Each table can comfortably seat eight to ten people. We don't recommend the 300 people set up unless you don't mind a close crowd.
Seating for 102 - 10 round tables, 10 people each table and one sweetheart table for two. Room for dancing in the middle.
Seating for 120 - 12 round with 10 people at each table. No aisle.
Seating for 122 - 12 round with 10 people each and 2 at sweetheart table. With aisle.
Seating for 146 - 8 round with 10 people each, 8 rectangle with 8 people each, 2 at sweetheart table.
