Our venue offers great flexibility for any type of celebration. Every decision is in your hands - from selecting preferred caterers to positioning the dance floor. We understand the importance of sticking to a budget and strive to provide affordable options for your special day. Additionally, we include several perks in your rental, which are listed below.
Dressing Rooms
Our dressing rooms are designed to be posh and spacious, providing the bride and groom with all the comforts they need before walking down the aisle. The bridal suite includes a private lavatory, a mirror for admiring the wedding gown, and ample space to do hair and makeup. Situated in a separate wing of the building, the groom's room allows the groom and his groomsmen to prepare for the big day in privacy and style. Should you forget any essentials like hair pins or hairspray, simply ask, and we will do our best to assist you.
prep Kitchen
Our prep kitchen is custom-designed for caterers, featuring all the essential equipment, including a commercial refrigerator, warming cabinet, large sink, and ample prep space. For clarity, please note that we do not permit on-site cooking.
We also have an impressive ice maker with a 245 lb capacity, perfect for keeping beverages chilled. In addition, we provide linens for wiping down tables and counters, as well as washing dishes.
Whether you plan to cater the event yourself or hire a professional, our kitchen is here to ensure a successful experience. As a bonus, the outlets just outside the kitchen are wired to support all your crockpots!
Borrow Room
Costs can quickly escalate, but our extensive inventory of borrow items can help you save. We offer a wide selection, including flowers, wine bottles, table arrangements, lawn games like cornhole and giant Jenga, ten wine barrel cocktail tables, two wine barrel tables for cakes/gifts/drinks, four decorative wine barrels, and candle lanterns. Our collection continues to expand, so be sure to check what's available before making any one-time purchases. By borrowing from our selection, you can stretch your budget and avoid unnecessary expenses.

Chairs and Tables
Our sturdy, weatherproof chairs are beautifully designed - no need for additional covers or decorations unless you want to customize them further.
We also provide 20 rectangular 8-foot and/or 20 round 60-inch plastic tables that seat 8-10 people each. You can use either style independently or combine them to create your desired aesthetic. We'll set up the tables and chairs before your arrival so you can focus on decorating. Just let us know your preferences and we'll have the space ready for you!
Drink Station Options
Our 120-quart drink cooler on wheels and our portable bar are perfect for serving beverages at your event, whether or not you plan to offer alcohol. These items are versatile enough for indoor or outdoor use, and their elegant designs will complement your decor. The cooler holds up to 150 cans without detracting from your overall aesthetic.
Our portable bar has ample space for two bartenders to work comfortably, it features a built-in ice compartment to ensure a steady supply of fresh ice, making it the ideal addition to any gathering.
Photo booth
A photo booth adds a bit of fun to any event. Just tap and go! Pictures are emailed, texted, or sent by QR Code to your attendees. Best of all, you get a link with all the photos your attendees shared so you can see the fun later. We include the use of our photo booth with your rental. You can bring your own airprint printer if you'd like prints.
Audio/Video System/WIFI
Our state-of-the-art sound system ensures your speaker, officiant, or presenter will be clearly heard throughout the venue. We have speakers strategically placed both inside and out, so you won't miss a moment. For music, you have the option to connect your Bluetooth-enabled device to our impressive sound system and play your own playlist, or you can hire a live band or DJ.
Our portable 50" TV is perfect for presentations, displaying photos, or hosting instructional events. Simply plug in a computer, insert a flash drive, or cast directly from your phone.
WIFI is available for you and your guests and no password is needed. Share those pictures, download your playlist, and stream your YouTube photos.
Decor
The main areas have minimal decoration, allowing you to personalize the space and bring your vision to life. The centerpiece of the room is four stunning, dimmable chandeliers. Whitewashed shiplap walls and a rustic wood ceiling create a warm, inviting ambiance.
