We offer a one or two-day reservation.  With a two-day reservation, you have two full days at your disposal, giving you ample time to prepare - decorate the venue, rehearse the event, host an intimate rehearsal dinner, deliver the main celebration, and complete the post-event tear down. This convenient timeline ensures you can execute every aspect of your special occasion with care and precision. 

Friday with Saturday or Saturday with Sunday

$4,000 (plus tax)

Effective January 1, 2026 - $4,500 (plus tax)

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday - Single Day Rental

$3,500 (plus tax)

Effective January 1, 2026 - $3,900 (plus tax)

Monday through Thursday Single Day Rental

 $1,500 (plus tax)

Having a weekday meeting for just a few hours?  Call us for our hourly rates.

To secure your reservation you need to:

1. Pay a 1/3 non-refundable date retainer fee (included in the rental price) 

2.  Sign our Agreement that we email to you 

The only additional financial requirement due at least 30 days prior to your event is a $300 damage deposit.

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards.

What's included

• Use of the Vineyard Venue, including the Bridal Suite and Groom's Room from 7:30am to 11:00pm on the day(s) you rent

• Tables (20 round and/or 20 rectangular) and 300 vineyard chairs

• White tablecloths

• Sound system, TV, and microphones

• Photo Booth

• Borrow Room items (subject to availability) such as games, wine barrel cocktail and cake/drink tables, venue decor, cooler on wheels

• Event Insurance - covers your guests

• One set-up of tables and chairs and clean-up after the event - you only need to dispose of trash and take out anything you brought in.
